fierce grace

My name is not Grace, it's Jayne.  I chose this title as it's the state that I sometimes notice in me when I want to express something that feels important.  

 

My intention in writing this blog is to share my continual curiosity,  experiences and practical ways that nonviolent communication NVC (cnvc.org), empathic coaching and The Work of Byron Katie (thework.com) has had an impact on how I live. These tools have helped me to understand myself and others more fully and from there relationships have deepened, flourished are more meaningful and fun.
